Build your competency catalog and link it to courses and rubric criteria; levels are calculated from evidence on their own, and gaps show up in a skills matrix. Available on request.
From training to competency: who knows what, and how well?
The number of completed courses alone does not show what a team really knows. The competency module connects training to skills: you link each competency in your catalog to courses and rubric criteria, and a person's level is calculated automatically from evidence such as completed courses, passed exams and rubric-based evaluations. Once you set the expected level for units or roles, gaps show up person by person in the skills matrix, and learners see recommended courses that close their gaps. The module is enabled for your organization on request; schedule a call to talk through your competency framework.
- Evidence-based levels Levels rest on completed training and evaluations, not self-assessment.
- Gaps become visible The difference between expected and current level is visible per person and per unit.
- Guidance for learners Learners see recommended courses to close their gaps.
- Each manager focuses on their own team Unit managers see only their own units in the skills matrix.

How is the competency module enabled?
It is enabled for your organization on request. Schedule a call; once enabled, you build your catalog and link competencies to courses.
How are levels determined?
Levels are calculated automatically from evidence: completing a linked course, passing an exam in a linked course and the score in a rubric-based evaluation. Without evidence, “No evidence” is shown; levels are not entered by hand.
What does the level scale look like?
All competencies use a shared four-level scale: Basic, Developing, Proficient and Expert, so teams are compared on the same scale. Organization-specific scales are not defined.
Who can see the skills matrix?
People with user management or report viewing permission see the whole organization; unit managers see only the units they manage.
