Enterprise Sign-In (SSO)

Let your learners and instructors sign in to the academy with their corporate accounts: Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace (OIDC), only from the domains you allow. Available on request.

One-click sign-in with the corporate account

If your employees already use Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, they do not need to remember another password for the academy. The enterprise sign-in module connects to your organization's own identity provider using the OIDC standard: people sign in with their corporate account, and an account disabled in your identity provider can no longer get into the academy through enterprise sign-in. To set it up, you create an app registration in your identity provider and enter the client details and allowed domains in the academy. The module is enabled for your organization on request; schedule a call to talk through your identity setup.

How do we get enterprise sign-in enabled?

The module is enabled for your organization on request and works with your organization's own identity provider account. Schedule a call; once enabled, you set up the connection from the admin panel.

Which identity providers are supported?

Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace via OIDC. SAML and LDAP are not supported.

What is needed on the identity provider side?

You create an app registration in your organization's identity provider and enter the client ID, client secret and allowed domains in the academy. The secret is stored encrypted and never shown again.

What about password sign-in and admin accounts?

Password sign-in always stays available; you can show enterprise sign-in equally or highlight it. For security, academy admins do not use enterprise sign-in; they sign in with a password and two-step verification.

Can user accounts be synced from the identity provider?

Yes, with the SCIM 2.0 provisioning module, which is also available on request.
