Give every course a clear structure
In UZEM, every training starts as a course. Inside the course are sections called “Programs”, and inside each program are lessons. You can use a program as a term, a unit or a module: split a year-long course into fall and spring programs, or a certificate course into modules. Lessons can be video, text, PDF, files, links or embedded content; exams and live sessions are part of the same flow. Courses are organized by category, and learner progress is recorded per lesson.
- A well-organized catalog Categories help learners find the course they need, and keep your catalog tidy as it grows.
- Every content type in one flow Video, documents, exams and live sessions sit in order within the programs of the same course.
- Program structure for long courses Manage term-based or modular training under one course by splitting it into programs.
- Measurable progress Completion of each lesson is recorded; when the course is finished, the enrollment counts as complete and a certificate is generated if one is set up.

Solutions that use this feature
- Employee Training If training is scattered across emails, folders and class lists: gather all employee training in one corporate academy, assign it to people or units, and see who completed it in the report.
- Onboarding / Orientation Instead of explaining the same things to every new hire, schedule the first week: lessons unlock day by day, short quizzes confirm understanding, and managers follow the process.
- Partner / Dealer Training If your dealers and partners learn about product changes late and incompletely: use a separate academy that carries your brand to deliver knowledge to every location at once, at the same quality.
- Customer Training Cut down the “how do I use this” questions reaching your support team: open a branded training center that teaches customers your product with video lessons, short quizzes and certificates.
- Product Training If product knowledge is explained differently to every team: deliver the same content to sales, support, dealer and field teams at the same time, and verify it was learned with an exam.
- Member Training Offer seminars, courses and announcements to association, chamber and foundation members from one address; record attendance and completion, and open courses for a fee if you like.
- Student Training Bring lessons, assignments, exams and live classes together on a single student platform for schools, course centers and universities; see where every student stands in the progress report.
- Sales Team Training If it takes weeks for the field team to be ready when a new product launches: quickly update and measure your sales team’s knowledge with short video lessons, exams and a leaderboard.
- Mandatory / Compliance Training If you replan KVKK, information security, OHS and internal policy training every year: assign it, verify completion with an exam, and keep a CSV record of who took which training.
- Live Training Management If Zoom links, attendance lists and recordings are scattered everywhere: schedule live sessions inside the course, record attendance automatically and add the session recording to the lesson.
- Launch an Online Academy Quickly launch an online academy on your own domain and under your own brand, without setting up servers, a software team or a separate payment system.
- Course Sales Sell courses, live training and books from your own storefront: cart, coupons, payment via PayTR, iyzico or bank transfer, and order management in one dashboard.
- Certificate Programs Combine training, exams and certification in one flow: you set the success criteria, the certificate is generated automatically, and third parties verify its authenticity with a QR code.
- Branch / Unit-Based Training Bring your branch, store, region and department structure into the academy: assign training to a unit, enroll newcomers automatically, and let each manager see only their own unit’s status.
- Continuing Professional Development Help professionals stay current throughout their careers by gathering seminars, courses and certificate programs in one development academy, with attendance history kept on each person’s record.
