Explaining a policy correctly starts with the right training
Coverage, exclusion and deductible details change often, and how an agency explains them to the customer affects both post-sale satisfaction and the moment of a claim. Publish product updates through live sessions and short lessons, and see region by region whether your agency network is ready.

Keeping the whole agency network current as products change
In insurance, information comes from one center but spreads to many independent agencies, call centers and claims teams; while a coverage change reaches one region, another may keep selling under the old terms. The UZEM academy lets you build the product update into a course, assign it to the relevant units and measure it with an exam. That way you know which agency has learned the new terms from records, not guesswork.
- Visibility by agency Each agency becomes its own unit; a regional manager tracks only their own agencies’ progress and exam results.
- Exam-based product certificate Agency staff who pass the product exam drawn from the question bank receive an internal certificate verifiable by QR.
- Recorded launch sessions The recording of a product launch held on Zoom stays in the academy; agencies that missed the meeting can watch it later.
- Announcements from one place You communicate a coverage or process change by announcement to the entire agency network or only to the relevant units.
- Automatic enrollment for new staff A person added to an agency unit is automatically enrolled in the starter training assigned to that unit.
- Academy with your company brand Your agencies access training through an academy that opens with your company’s logo, colors and domain.
- Background export A report covering the entire agency network is prepared as CSV in the background, without slowing down the dashboard.
Industry challenges and solutions
Problem
Product and coverage changes reach agencies through scattered emails.
Solution
The change is built into the relevant course lesson and announced to all agencies; an agency that has not opened the lesson stands out immediately in the report.
Problem
There is no way to measure whether agencies explain the product correctly.
Solution
The product fundamentals program ends with an exam drawn from the question bank; agency staff who reach the passing score receive a QR-verified certificate.
Problem
Remote agencies cannot attend launch meetings.
Solution
Launches are held live on Zoom, and the recording remains available to watch in the academy.
Problem
Different teams handle the claims process differently.
Solution
The claims process is defined step by step in a course and assigned to the claims team and call center together.
Problem
New agency staff do not know who to learn the company’s products from.
Solution
Every employee added to an agency unit is automatically enrolled in the starter training assigned to that agency.
Problem
It is unclear who regulatory briefings actually reach.
Solution
Regulatory briefing lessons are assigned to units, and completion is tracked by unit.
Problem
A separate, branded training environment is wanted for agencies.
Solution
The academy opens with your company’s logo, colors and domain.

Head office, regions and the agency network
Regional offices and the agencies attached to them sit under the Head Office; central teams such as Call Center, Claims, Underwriting and Sales are separate units. When you assign new product training to a regional office, all agencies in that region are covered; claims process training can go only to the Claims and Call Center units.
Sample unit tree
Sample structure: Head Office → Sample Regional Office (Sample Agency 1, Sample Agency 2) / Call Center / Claims / Underwriting / Sales
- Product Fundamentals Coverage, exclusion and deductible concepts, the product summary sheet and recommending the right product for the need.
- Claims Process Taking notifications, document checks, keeping the customer informed throughout and explaining a negative decision in plain language.
- Customer Communication in the Call Center Identity verification, listening and summarizing, handling complaints and logging the call.
- Comprehensive vs. Compulsory Motor Insurance Sample scenarios for explaining the scope of the two products to customers without confusing them.
- Updates in Insurance Regulation An internal briefing on how current industry regulations affect agency and sales work.
- KVKK and Protecting Policy Data What to watch for when working with sensitive data such as policy and health information.
Measure and document learning
- At least one of the sample courses comes with a short quiz; you edit the questions in the question bank.
- You set the passing score, number of attempts and question shuffling.
- Those who complete receive a certificate verifiable by QR code; the template comes ready.
- You open assignments for hands-on work and grade the submissions.
Readiness view by agency and team
See which agency has finished the new product training, who has earned a product certificate and which region is falling behind. Regional managers see only their own agencies’ data; before a sales meeting you can export the list as CSV and add it to your own file.
- New product training progress report Filter the course tracking report by regional unit to list agencies that have finished the launch training and those that have not started yet.
- Product exam pass report From exam results you see which agency staff reached the passing score and who needs to retake it.
- Product certificate list Extracts agency staff certified on a specific product line by unit, which you add to your checklist before internal sales approval.
- Launch session instructor hours The instructor live session hours report shows the duration of launch and briefing sessions delivered by your product experts.
- Agency sign-in log The sign-in log helps you spot agency users who have not signed in to the academy for a long time and pass this on to the regional manager.
Your insurance academy is ready: Your academy opens with Head Office, a Sample Regional Office with two sample agencies, plus Call Center, Claims, Underwriting and Sales units. Product, Regulation, Sales, Claims and Customer Communication categories; exam-based Product Fundamentals, Claims Process and Customer Communication in the Call Center sample courses; and a welcome announcement are also ready. You can start by replacing the sample region and agencies with your own network.

Solutions for this industry
- Partner / Dealer Training If your dealers and partners learn about product changes late and incompletely: use a separate academy that carries your brand to deliver knowledge to every location at once, at the same quality.
- Product Training If product knowledge is explained differently to every team: deliver the same content to sales, support, dealer and field teams at the same time, and verify it was learned with an exam.
- Mandatory / Compliance Training If you replan KVKK, information security, OHS and internal policy training every year: assign it, verify completion with an exam, and keep a CSV record of who took which training.
- Sales Team Training If it takes weeks for the field team to be ready when a new product launches: quickly update and measure your sales team’s knowledge with short video lessons, exams and a leaderboard.
- Live Training Management If Zoom links, attendance lists and recordings are scattered everywhere: schedule live sessions inside the course, record attendance automatically and add the session recording to the lesson.
- Certificate Programs Combine training, exams and certification in one flow: you set the success criteria, the certificate is generated automatically, and third parties verify its authenticity with a QR code.

Can't find the answer you're looking for?
Browse the help center or write your question to us.
Agencies are not our employees; how do they join the academy?
You define agencies as separate units and invite their staff. Each agency sees only the training assigned to it.
Is the UZEM certificate an official professional qualification?
No. The UZEM certificate shows that internal training has been completed and can be verified by QR. Agency and intermediary authorizations, professional registrations and exam certificates depend on the processes of the competent authorities.
Who prepares regulatory training content?
Content is prepared and updated by your organization; its regulatory compliance is your organization’s responsibility.
Are live launches recorded?
Yes, recordings of live sessions held on Zoom can be watched in the academy.
Can a regional manager see agencies’ exam results?
Yes. A person assigned as unit manager of a regional office sees the progress and exam results of the agencies in that region; they cannot make changes.
How do we move our existing product presentations and agency list into the academy?
You upload product videos and attach presentations and coverage tables to lessons as PDFs or files; you enter product exam questions into the question bank from the dashboard. You can bulk import agency staff with name, email and phone details from a CSV file. Importing ready-made course packages from outside is not supported.
How does pricing change as our agency network grows?
Plans are based on active learner capacity, and only active learners use a license. When you deactivate the users of an agency that stops working with the company, their licenses are freed and their training history is kept. You can see current plans and capacities on the Pricing page.
Can it connect to our policy administration system or HR software?
We do not offer a ready-made connection to your policy administration, agency management or HR systems; you import agency users via CSV. The academy’s external connections are Zoom for live launches, PayTR and iyzico for course sales, Netgsm and Mutlucell for notification SMS, and a WhatsApp contact button.
