Evaluate training through the participant's eyes
The shortest way to find out whether training works is to ask the participants. With the surveys module, you build surveys from Likert, single-choice, multiple-choice, NPS and open-ended questions and link them to a course; the survey appears on its own for people who complete or enroll in the course. In anonymous mode, responses are not matched to a person, so participants answer without worrying that their name will show. Results arrive summarized as averages, distributions and an NPS score. Surveys are enabled for your organization on request; you can get started by scheduling a call.

What can you do?

How is the surveys module enabled for our organization?
It is enabled on request: schedule a call and the module is turned on for your organization; then you build your first survey and link it to a course.
Is an anonymous survey really anonymous?
In an anonymous survey, responses are not matched to a user account. To make it harder to guess who answered, results are shown only once at least 5 responses have been collected.
Can we change a published survey?
Questions and the anonymity setting are edited while the survey is a draft; a published survey can be closed.
Where do learners see the survey?
On the My surveys page in the academy and in their next steps. Surveys are not sent by email; they stay within the course flow.
