Assessment & tracking
On requestRubrics
Grade assignments with rubrics of weighted criteria and levels; the score is calculated on its own, and learners see feedback criterion by criterion. Available on request.
The same assignment, graded on the same scale
When two instructors give the same assignment different scores and the learner cannot tell where the grade came from, trust in assessment suffers. With the rubrics module, you build rubrics from weighted criteria and a shared level scale and link them to assignments. The grader picks a level for each criterion; the score is calculated automatically from the weights and scaled to the assignment's maximum score. Learners see their evaluation per criterion, together with feedback. Rubrics are enabled for your organization on request; schedule a call to talk through your assessment process.
- Consistent grading All instructors use the same criteria and levels.
- Transparent grades Learners see which level they reached on each criterion.
- No calculation errors The score is calculated on the server from the weights, not added up by hand.
- Build once, reuse You keep rubrics in a library and copy them for use on other assignments.
What can you do?
-
Weighted criteria
1–20 criteria per rubric; the weights add up to 100.
-
Level scale
2–6 shared levels for all criteria; each level has a title, description and a score from 0 to 100.
-
Linking to assignments
Link one rubric to each assignment; the grader picks a level for each criterion and writes feedback.
-
Rubric library
Archive, restore or copy rubrics; a rubric that has been used does not change, and you edit a copy instead.
-
Link to competencies and role play
Criteria can be mapped to competencies as evidence, and AI role play scenarios are also evaluated with rubrics (both modules are available on request).

How can we get the rubrics module?
Rubrics are enabled for your organization on request. Schedule a call; once enabled, you set up your rubric library and link rubrics to assignments.
Where can rubrics be used?
In assignments and in AI role play scenarios. Exams and quizzes are graded with their own scoring and do not use rubrics.
How is the score calculated?
The score of the level chosen for each criterion is multiplied by the criterion's weight; the total is scaled to the assignment's maximum score. The calculation runs on the server.
Can we change a rubric that has been used?
To keep past grades consistent, a rubric used in grading stays fixed; you copy it and edit the new version.
