Members, trainees and committees
Define your members, trainees and candidates, education committee, management, instructors and staff as separate units. When you assign the Traineeship Induction Training to the Trainees-Candidates unit, every candidate who starts their traineeship is automatically included in the program. Chambers with local offices can add them as sub-units under the Members unit and make the local office heads unit managers.

Are members’ training credits or hours calculated automatically?
No, there is no automatic credit or hour calculation. Completed training, live session attendance times and certificates are listed in reports; you do the evaluation with this data according to your chamber’s rules.
Can we offer members a discount and charge non-members full price?
Yes. You can publish the program at list price and distribute a coupon code that gives members a percentage or fixed discount; you share the code only in your member channels.
Are members imported automatically from our member registry?
We do not offer a ready-made connection to your chamber’s member registry; you add members by invitation or in bulk from a CSV file with name, email and phone columns. Ready-made connections available to chambers are Zoom for seminars, PayTR and iyzico for paid programs, Netgsm and Mutlucell for member announcements, and the WhatsApp contact button on the storefront.
When can a member who missed the seminar watch the recording?
Once the Zoom recording is transferred to the video infrastructure and linked to the lesson, members can watch it from the lesson page.
Can we send announcements to members by SMS?
Yes. By connecting your chamber’s Netgsm or Mutlucell account, you can send bulk SMS; for commercial messages, the member’s communication consent is taken into account.
Is the certificate on the platform an official qualification?
No. The certificate only documents that the member completed your chamber’s program and is verified by QR code; official qualification and authorization documents are issued separately under the relevant regulations.
Is the license calculated for all our members?
No. Only members who are active on the platform count toward the license; deactivated members, instructors and chamber admins do not use licenses. You can see plans with capacities that match the number of members your chamber keeps active at the same time on the Pricing page, and request a quote for higher capacity.
Can we bring our previous seminar recordings and presentations onto the platform?
Yes. You upload past seminar videos from the admin dashboard and attach presentations and regulatory notes to the relevant course as PDFs or files. Traineeship exam questions are entered into the question bank; importing ready-made course packages from another system is not available.
