Licenses count only learners with an active status. Inactive learners, instructors and admins do not use licenses. When you deactivate a learner, their license is freed up and can be used for another learner.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the admin dashboard. If the new plan's capacity is below your active learner count, your current learners are not affected; however, no new learners can be activated until your active learner count drops below the capacity.
You can pay for plans monthly or yearly. The savings shown for yearly billing are calculated from the plan's current monthly and yearly prices.

No. You can start the free trial without entering credit card details. You can choose any plan before the trial ends.
When capacity is full, no new learners can be activated; current active learners keep their access. To make room, you can deactivate learners or upgrade your plan.
