Every report is filtered by date range, shown paginated on screen and can be exported as CSV.
Learning
- Course viewing report Lessons watched, time spent and progress of enrolled learners; optionally including those who never watched.
- Video traffic report Hourly, daily or monthly viewing sessions, unique viewers and watch time.
- Exam performance report Number of attempts, average score, pass rate and focus loss.
- Assignment submission report Submission rate, late submissions and average grade.
- Certificate report Certificates issued, valid and revoked, per course.
- Instructor live session durations Planned versus actual duration, number of participants, sessions not held.

Help centerWho can see reports?
Reports are available to the organization admin. Each report reads only your own organization's data.
Can I open reports in Excel?
Yes. Reports are exported as CSV and open in Excel or similar spreadsheet programs. Exports are prepared in the queue, and you download them when they're ready.
Can I see learners who never watched?
Yes. When you check the “include those who never watched” option in the course viewing report, learners enrolled in the course who never watched are listed too.
How do I catch account sharing?
The account sharing report shows usage from different devices, IPs and cities, as well as concurrent viewing, over the last 1, 7, 15 or 30 days.
